Our Story
TalentSolution started from a simple observation: while large enterprises run on sophisticated systems, small and medium businesses keep critical operations alive with spreadsheets, paper and chat threads.
Founded in Ho Chi Minh City, we set out to build software that's powerful yet simple, affordable yet complete. We started with TalentHR — attendance, scheduling, leave and payroll for growing teams.
Now we're expanding the suite with TalentShip, a control tower for shipment operations. The principle stays the same: one product, one job, done well — bilingual, and built for how Vietnamese SMEs actually work.
